What I’ve Been Noticing About Mediumship, Spirit Communication, and Intuitive Wellness

I want this to be a grounded space for mediumship, spirit communication, intuition, and connection. I have been thinking about that even more lately. The more settled and present I am in this work, the clearer everything feels. That may sound simple, but I have found that presence matters more than performance in any mediumship reading or intuitive wellness practice.
One thing I notice often in mediumship sessions is that the strongest moments are not always dramatic. Sometimes what comes through from spirit first is a small, ordinary detail. A phrase someone used. A certain kind of humor. A simple habit. A familiar personality trait. Those details tend to matter because they feel unmistakably real to the person receiving the message.
That has reminded me that authenticity is everything in this work. Mediumship is not about forcing a psychic experience or trying to make spirit communication bigger than it is. It is about listening, paying attention, trusting intuition, and allowing the connection with spirit to unfold in the way it wants to.
I also appreciate that more people are beginning to study mediumship, intuition development, grief, after death communication, and spiritual connection with more care. I think that matters. It brings more clarity to a space that people often either dismiss too quickly or sensationalize too easily.

If there is something you would like me to write about in a future blog or newsletter, send it my way. Signs from spirit, grief and connection, how to know if you are ready for a mediumship session, intuition development, psychic awareness, or what a reading is actually like are all topics I would love to explore. I want this to be a place where real questions about mediumship and intuitive wellness can be asked and answered simply.
And a quick reminder: the giveaway for a free mediumship session is still live. If it feels right for you, DM me “spirit” on socials to enter, or refer a friend to sign up for my newsletter for an extra entry. I can see who sent over the links :) I will be announcing the winner soon.
Thank you for being here and for reading. I am grateful to keep building this with people who are curious, open, and thoughtful.
Darren
